The «Record outcome» modal actually closes on navigation now. The v1.243.0 guard listened for hashchange on document, where that event never fires — the fix shipped dead and the modal still blocked the next view (caught live on production by the v1.243.1 regression round). The guard listens at window; the test now dispatches there too and was verified red against the broken code.
