Parent parity with career-ops @ b39931e: five new sources and three mirrored fixes.

Five new sources (98 → 103; English adapters 93 → 98): AppliTrack (applitrack.com/<district>), NEOGOV (SchoolJobs / GovernmentJobs), Red Rover (jobs.redroverk12.com/org/<id>) and SchoolSpring (<district>.schoolspring.com) for school and public-sector hiring, plus OCC Mundial, Mexico's largest job board (explicit provider: occ with search queries). Each is pinned to its host, HTTPS-only and refuses redirects.
Tests 3500 → 3774.

Greenhouse embed boards (job-boards.greenhouse.io/embed/job_board?for=<board>) resolved to a board named "embed" and failed; the board now comes from ?for=, and only on a real Greenhouse host.
Workday boards on myworkdaysite.com (/recruiting/<tenant>/<site>) were not recognised; they now scan, with posting links on the same host.
A report file name with parentheses (042-acme-(berlin)-….md) was cut at the first ) in the tracker; the whole name is kept now.

CLI-only parent changes are not ported — PDF and CV templates, the scaffolder, the batch runner, the career-profile import, ATS keyword coverage, interview-mode translations, the pi CLI host: web-ui does not run them.
Opening such a report from the tracker still needs the report route to accept parentheses in a file name; that route is not changed in this release.
