Fixed — the unauthenticated liveness probe did filesystem work on every request.

• GET /api/ping read and parsed package.json per request. It is the only endpoint reachable without credentials, so a read plus a JSON parse on every hit is a denial-of-service lever handed to anyone — CodeQL flagged it as missing rate limiting. The version is now read once when the route is registered; it cannot change without a restart anyway, so the handler does no I/O at all. Rate limiting would have capped the damage; removing the work removes the lever.
• The profile owner's name being masked off loopback is now pinned by a test. /api/health already replaced it with hidden on a non-loopback bind — but only because that row shares the hidden ?? value guard with the project root. Nothing tested it, so an edit giving the row its own value would have leaked a real person's name to the LAN with nothing to notice. Raised in review of v1.228.3.
