Added — two Vietnamese job sources: ITviec and CareerViet.

Added

• ITviec + CareerViet (Vietnam). Two host-pinned Vietnamese boards join the scanner via provider: itviec / provider: careerviet entries: ITviec (itviec.com, tech-focused) and CareerViet (careerviet.vn, broad coverage). Both are zero-token HTML scrapers with SSRF host-pinning, HTTPS-only, per-company fail-soft, and page caps. Registry now ships 85 sources (80 EN + 5 RU), ALL_ADAPTERS 80 — both appear in the #/scan Source filter.

Notes

• career-ops 1.30.0 parity (parentVersion 1.29.0 → 1.30.0). Not ported — CLI/community-only or already covered: the Hired Wall, /calibrate, clean-markers, template packs, doctor, pdf/LaTeX, and the eval/tracker/scan CLIs web-ui does not shell into; the _html-to-text quoted-angle fix and detect-reposts roleFuzzyMatch were already in web-ui; the title-filter stem: prefix is deferred (web-ui filtering lives in en-scanner). Test suite: 2818.
