Every config.<slug>Hint for the 11 OpenAI-compatible providers added in v1.216.0–v1.217.0 (DeepSeek · GLM/Z.ai · Kimi · MiniMax · Mistral · Grok · Together · Fireworks · Ollama · BytePlus Ark · Volcengine Ark) — the API-key, model, and base-URL hints under Settings → API keys — is now translated across all 17 locales instead of falling back to English. Signup URLs, model ids, and the ⚡ live-eval marker are preserved verbatim.

• No behaviour change — the English hintFallback in field-specs.js still guards a missing key, and a new contract test asserts every field-descriptor hintKey resolves in all 17 locales. Scan sources unchanged at 83. Test suite: 2779.
