Added — scan several Get on Board categories from one entry. The board splits leadership and ML/data roles out of programming, so an EM or data search now covers them without a second portal entry.

getonbrdportal entry can now setcategories: [programming, operations-management, machine-learning-ai](or a singlecategory:) instead of only the defaultprogrammingfeed — postings are deduped by URL across categories, and the list is capped at 12. Existing entries are byte-identical (the default is stillprogramming).
