Added — Senjob, the scanner's first African job board (Senegal); sharper title matching on five more boards.

Added

• Senjob (senjob.com) — a new zero-token scan source for Senegal, the scanner's first African board. Select it in the #/scan Source filter, or add a company with provider: senjob. It reads the public listing over plain HTTP (no key, no browser), pins every request to senjob.com, and — parsing HTML — treats a listing that suddenly yields nothing as a broken board (a surfaced error) rather than a silently empty country.

Fixed

• Titles with an ampersand no longer drop jobs on five boards — on beesite, Cornerstone (csod), Hacker News "Who is hiring", Phenom and TKMS, titles arrive HTML-escaped, so an escaped "&" in a role like "R&D Engineer" failed your own "r&d" keyword and the posting vanished silently (a "sales & marketing" veto never fired either). Titles — and Phenom locations — are now decoded before filtering.

• Scan sources: 80 (75 English + 5 Russian). Test suite: 2643.
