Fixed — AI plans and career-orientation profiles no longer render as a raw code dump.

Fixed

• Some models wrap their whole answer in a markdown … code fence. When that happened, the development plan and the career-orientation profile showed up as a monospace code block instead of a formatted document with headings and lists. The wrapping fence is now removed — only when it wraps the entire answer and is explicitly markdown/md, so a genuine python/js/bare-``` code answer is left untouched.

Notes

• Handled once in the shared LLM-declutter step (cleanLlmMarkdown), so every AI route benefits, and inner code blocks inside the wrapped answer survive. tests/llm-output.test.mjs (+3). Suite: 2621.
