Added — record an application's outcome straight from the tracker.

Added

• Every tracker row gets an Outcome action: pick what happened (rejected, offer received, hired, offer declined, no response, advanced to interview), add an optional note, preview the resulting status, then record it. Recording archives the submitted CV & cover-letter artifacts and syncs the tracker to the canonical state — one deterministic action instead of hand-editing the tracker.

Notes

• New POST /api/outcome relays the outcome CLI: dryRun:true is a read-only preview (matches the row, reports the resulting state, writes nothing); a real call records it. Write-safety: the outcome type is whitelisted to the known set and every text field is control-char-rejected before the shell-out (array args, spawn — no shell). tests/outcome-route.test.mjs. Suite: 2618.
