Added — a "reuse a past CV?" hint in CV Studio.

Added

• When you open a saved job description in CV Studio, the app now compares it against your other saved JDs (deterministic word overlap, zero tokens) and tells you whether the closest match is similar enough to reuse that tailored CV, reuse it with edits, or tailor a fresh one — so you don't regenerate from scratch for a role you've already targeted.

Notes

• New read-only GET /api/jds/:name/reuse relays the parent's jd-similarity.mjs (Jaccard overlap + a seniority guard; JSON {decision, score, reason}) once per prior JD (fan-out capped at 25, best match wins); fail-soft {available:false} when the script or prior JDs are absent. tests/jd-similarity-reuse-route.test.mjs. Suite: 2594.
