Added — discover a company's ATS job board from #/portals and start tracking it.

Added

• On #/portals, type a company name and the app probes Greenhouse, Ashby, and Lever for its public job board — zero LLM, zero browser — and shows the boards that exist and currently list ≥1 job. One click adds a chosen board to the companies your scanner watches. All probing is read-only; the write to portals.yml happens only when you click Add.

Notes

• New server/lib/discover-ats.mjs (fixed-host, charset-validated slug probe through the DNS-pinned safeGet, ≤12 probes/request, cross-origin redirect → not resolved) + POST /api/portals/discover (read-only) and POST /api/portals/track (explicit write: withFileLock + surgical text splice + re-parse guard + atomic rename; only known ATS hosts, idempotent). Reuses the scanner's own adapter registry to confirm each board and count jobs. i18n ×17. tests/discover-ats-resolver.test.mjs + tests/discover-ats-route.test.mjs. Suite: 2588.
