Added — track a Getro VC job board by its careers_url alone; the collection id auto-resolves.

Added

• A tracked Getro board (b2venture, Earlybird, Point Nine, …) no longer needs a hand-looked-up numeric getro_collection. Give it the board's own careers_url and the id auto-resolves from that page on the first scan — a single SSRF-safe GET reads the numeric network.id straight out of the board's embedded page data. An explicit getro_collection still wins and skips the fetch entirely.

Notes

• New httpsCareersUrl(), extractCollectionId(), and async resolveCollectionId() in server/lib/sources/getro.mjs; the board page is fetched through the DNS-pinned, size-capped safeGet, and the resolved id is still host-pinned to api.getro.com by assertGetroUrl. The adapter now matches a provider: getro entry carrying an https careers_url even without an id. tests/sources-getro.test.mjs (+8). Suite: 2527.
