Fixed (scanner) — seniority levels written as roman numerals now count on non-Latin titles too.

Fixed

• The tier classifier behind skip_tiers now reads a roman-numeral level suffix (I / II / III / IV / V) after a role word in any script — "Инженер III", "エンジニア I", "Ingénieur IV" — not only after ASCII words. Before, a level numeral following a non-Latin word was ignored and the posting fell back to mid, so skip_tiers: [senior] or [entry] missed those listings. The match now also lands on the numeral itself, keeping leftmost-marker classification honest.

• Script-agnostic lookbehind in server/lib/classify-tier.mjs; removed a dead duplicate Sr. matcher. tests/classify-tier.test.mjs (+1: non-Latin numerals). Suite: 2498.
