Added (stats) — a "Funnel & velocity" tab: how your funnel compares to the market and how fast you move between stages.
Added
- A new Funnel & velocity tab in Statistics shows your response and interview rates next to candidate-side market benchmark ranges (with the small-sample and selection-bias caveats kept intact), a waiting list of in-flight applications past the typical first-response window, and median days per stage (Applied → Responded → Interview → Offer) — with slow-moving rows right-censored so they don't bias the medians. Read-only and zero-token; it reads only your own tracker.
