Fixed (LOW, hardening) — a regression guard for the FIND-3 SEO description + a nullish-safe legitimacy strip (AI-review follow-up).

Fixed

• SEO description parity guard — the v1.174.0 fix that swapped a hard-coded "~55" in every locale's meta.desc for a registry-derived {adapters} placeholder had no test, so it could silently regress on the next locale edit. New CI-isolated tests/site-meta-desc-parity.test.mjs fails if any of the 17 site/src/i18n/*.json drops the placeholder or re-hard-codes a count, or if Landing.astro stops interpolating it into all three description metas.
• Nullish-safe legitimacy strip — stripEmphasis returns '' for a nullish input instead of the string "undefined" (fields are string-initialized, so this is defense-in-depth).

Notes

• Test + a one-line parser guard; no route / CSP / SSRF / parent-write change. Tests: tests/site-meta-desc-parity.test.mjs (+3). Suite: 2451 (+3).
