Added (LOW, config) — Hermes joins the detected AI-CLI roster (career-ops parity).

Added

• The #/config → "AI CLI tools" tab now probes for Hermes (Nous Research), the parent's newly supported agent runtime (binary hermes). server/lib/routes/cli-detect.mjs grows its fixed allowlist from 10 to 11 tools; detection stays a read-only PATH scan (no binary is ever executed).

Notes

• No i18n / route / CSP / SSRF / parent-write change; the roster is a fixed allowlist, never input. Suite: 2444 (the cli-detect canary updated 10 → 11).
