Fixed (LOW, design-system) — elevated surfaces now separate from hairlines (D-3). The raised-surface tokens --panel-2 / --surface-elev1 resolved to --slate — the same value as the --line / --border hairlines — so an elevated panel or chip inside a bordered card had no visual separation.

- A dedicated theme-aware
--elevtoken now backs the raised surfaces (#eef1f6light /#1e232edark, distinct from--slatein both themes); the hairlines stay on--slate. Elevated chips (pipeline, two-pager, docs-assistant / mock-interview bubbles, funded bars) and panels now read as raised. - The remaining design-export findings (D-2 checkbox target size, D-4 type-scale / z-index tokens, D-5 inline PDF preview, P4 generation-ETA) are restated as tracked backlog in
docs/UX-ROADMAP.md— each its own future release (behaviour changes are never bundled into a token ship).

- CSS-token only; no behaviour, JS, i18n, route, CSP, SSRF, or parent-write change. Dark-mode contrast guard (
tests/dark-theme-tokens.test.mjs) green. - Tests:
