Fixed (LOW) — the in-app "Ask the docs" assistant now covers exporting a report to PDF. Asked "How do I export a report to PDF?", the assistant answered that the guide didn't cover it — although #/reports/:slug has a working 📄 Generate PDF control.

- Added an "Export a report to PDF" H3 under §10 Reports in all 17 help bundles (where the button is, that the file lands in
output/*.pdf, needs Playwright, review-before-send). The docs-assistant retrieval (splitSections/topSections) now surfaces the Reports section for a PDF-export question.

- Docs/help only; no code, route, CSP, SSRF, or parent-write change. Help gate moves 112 → 113 H3 (31 H2 unchanged); updated in
help-ru-config-section+locales-de-it-tr. - Tests:
