Hermes & Telegram — the in-app help section + cvstart.org surface (Phase 5b, part 2) — the second and final slice of the Hermes docs work: the how-to now lives inside the app's own help guide, in all 17 languages, and the in-app docs assistant answers Hermes questions from it. Still docs-only — the Hermes LLM-provider path remains planned / not-yet-wired (Phase 5).

- In-app help §30 "Hermes & Telegram" × 17 locales — a new help-guide section (what Hermes is + the two integration shapes; running on a cloud server; Telegram via Hermes + the "what NOT to expose" rule), reachable from
#/help. Thedocs-assistant/ floating "Ask the docs"DocsFabgrounding picks it up automatically — no wiring needed, since both readdocs/help/<lang>.md. - cvstart.org — a short Hermes explainer mirroring the README teaser and deep-linking to the GitHub guide.

- Still nothing calls Hermes. New canary
tests/help-hermes-section.test.mjsasserts every locale carries the §30 section with its language-independent anchors (docs/integrations/HERMES.md,hermes-bridge,#/help,127.0.0.1, Telegram). The provider stays blocked on the Phase 5 API-contract spike. - This closes the Phase 5b docs + skill deliverable; the provider integration (Phase 5) remains a separate, blocked item.
