New scan source: getManfred (manfred, parent #9474ff1) — a board-wide feed of Spanish/EU tech roles with published salaries, from www.getmanfred.com/api/v2/public/offers (zero-auth, host-pinned + HTTPS-only, single-request full catalogue, per-company fail-soft). Source + adapter + a CI-isolated suite (tests/sources-manfred.test.mjs); registry now 73 sources = 68 EN + 5 RU (ALL_ADAPTERS 68). Appears in the #/scan Source filter (FALLBACK + live registry) and on the cvstart.org landing.

a16z Speedrun feed was silently truncating to 50 jobs (parent #2404) — the feed caps a page at 50, but the source requested PER_PAGE = 100, so the rawCount < PER_PAGE guard stopped after page 1. Corrected to 50 so pagination continues.
Dead boards now throw instead of reading as "live but empty" (parent #2379) — cryptocurrencyjobs, phenom, radancy, and successfactors sources: a fetch failure where no request ever resolved now throws (so #/portals health and the scan record a real failure) instead of swallowing it to []; a mid-scan failure after ≥1 success keeps partials (proof-of-life). radancy proves life across both transports; successfactors keeps the RMK-answered carve-out.
workable now uses the public widget API (parent #5ab8425) — switched from the offset/limit-capped api/v3 endpoint to apply.workable.com/api/v1/widget/accounts/<slug> (host-pinned, redirect:'error'), which returns a large account's full posting list in one request, so big accounts are no longer silently truncated. The adapter endpoint is unchanged (the source derives the account slug and rebuilds the widget URL).

Not ported (CLI-only or not mirrored by web-ui): the detect-reposts #2389 title-bucketing rewrite (an O(N²)→O(N) perf optimization over the parent's large scan-history CLI; web-ui's reposts run in-process over the user's own bounded history, so the pairwise cost is negligible — the match semantics are unchanged); the Unicode company-key fixes (company-history / fingerprint-core / tracker-utils / merge-tracker), which web-ui does not carry — web-ui's own tracker dedup already compares full lowercased company strings and is non-Latin-safe; scan --since + scan-ats-full checkpoints (web-ui runs the scanners in-process and has its own "Posted within" age filter); cv-facts / verify-cv-facts, the CV Awards/Honors template + hiring-manager audit PDF pass, doctor, and the modes untrusted-content directive.
