TLDR:

This update contains some version bumps for dependencies and for the rust compiler itself.

Other updates are targeted at the recurring transaction functionality. Recurring transactions are now a filter option to allow users to view just transactions that are recurring. Then I also added the ability to forecast / view recurring transactions as they will go into the future by a number of months determined by a setting within the options view.
