Features and improvements:
- Game filter buttons/tabs can now be hidden individually like the other filters.
- Patch for the effect of a NewDark bug where if an FM contains an fm.cfg file with the "character_detail" line in it, the value of it will be written out to the global cam.cfg, causing texture problems for other FMs. Now, if AngelLoader sees "character_detail 0" in cam.cfg, it will change it to "character_detail 1" which is the value FMs generally expect. Fixes the effect of playing "Ascend the Dim Valley" and any other FM that fits the above description. The fix is performed on app startup, on app close, on FM play, on original game play, and on editor open.

- Filter date & rating windows now resize themselves and their buttons to accommodate the buttons' text.
Fixes:
- Fixed: When changing language, the rating filter label's tooltip would not have its language changed until the next app restart.
- Fixed: When changing language, the "Show or hide filters" menu items would not have their language changed until the next app restart.
- Fixed bug where if the Windows username contained non-ASCII characters, the stub would fail to read from the temp path and thus FMs would fail to play.
