Dev build for testers. Not a final release.
Changes since v0.10.1-dev.1:
Windows: Fixed the release build so the OS media controls (SMTC) native library is actually bundled. The previous dev build silently omitted it, so the media controls never appeared. They now register with Windows: the lock screen, the media-key overlay, and the media card in the volume / quick-settings flyout, and the buttons drive playback.
Everything from v0.10.1-dev.1 is included (media controls across all sources, YouTube playlist queue and fixes, faster desktop close).
Please test and report anything that looks off. Thanks for testing!
