Command palette
- Open with Ctrl/Cmd+K or by typing

Update notifications
- Notifies you when a newer GitHub release is available
Security and quality
- File read/write is now confined to the active workspace; guards against parent-directory traversal, Windows cross-drive paths, and symlink escapes
- npm audit clean (0 vulnerabilities; undici advisories resolved)
- Removed dead code: a broken status-change subscription and an unused preload stub
- Benign Pi stderr no longer surfaces as an error status
Tooling and tests
- Lint now covers bin/ and scripts/
- CI bumped to Node 24
- Added tests for session tags, archived sessions, auto-tag derivation, and the notes manager

macOS and Windows builds are unsigned in alpha; see the README for first-launch steps.
