Patch adds some translations and fixes misinterpretations in plugin.

Thanks both to @Axialer and @angelomira, plugin now has:
Russian translation was implemented in plugin, also, fix of #82, where compatibility module was said to be turned off by default, when in reality it was reverse, also trying to experiment with release notes style.
