Fixed

• DNS Logs: domain hover tooltip popped up instantly and overlapped the Block/Allow buttons. The shared domain-tooltip-shared Tooltip in LogsPage.tsx had no show-delay, so a cursor merely transiting the domain cell on its way to a button would surface the (large) details tooltip and obscure the action target. Added delayShow={500} so passing-through hovers no longer trigger the tooltip; intentional hovers still resolve quickly.

• Bumped axios from 1.15.0 to 1.15.2 (npm_and_yarn group, dependabot #64).
• CI workflows updated to GitHub Actions majors compatible with Node 24.
