DNS Logs: Live Tail and Live/Pause buttons appeared clickable when an End Date/Time filter was set. Two guard effects in LogsPage.tsx silently reverted any attempt to enter Live Tail or resume auto-refresh while End Date is non-empty (because a fixed-end-time window is inherently a historical view, not a live stream). The buttons remained visually active, so clicking them produced an aborted-fetch (red combined entry in devtools' network panel) and no UI change. Both buttons are now disabled while End Date is set, with a tooltip explaining the reason. Clearing End Date re-enables them immediately.
