• DNS Lookup (All Domains): added a Text-mode “Exact Match” panel so you can confirm whether a domain exists in any list even when it’s not visible on the current page.
• DNS Lookup (All Domains): added a Regex preview panel (match count + sample matches) with a Hide/Show toggle persisted to localStorage.

• Domain Lists (All Domains): improved paging stability and added optional deterministic ordering via sort=domain.
• Docker Compose: clarified default image usage vs optional local build configuration.

• Reduced backend CPU/memory spikes on “All Domains” by building list sources only for the requested page slice.
