- Merge changes from v2ray-core v5.30.0. "Add DNS proxy response TTL control" is a bad idea and not applicable for us, because we already made DNS proxy always respect the TTL value in the DNS response.
- Make DNS sniffer stricter to avoid false positives.
- Update AnyTLS protocol to version 2. It is theoretically compatible with version 1.
⚠️WireGuard is broken in this version. Fixed in 0.13.15.
