Version 5.0.15 🩹

This release only fixes CI and the tests. ExaBGP itself is unchanged from 5.0.14, so there is no need to upgrade a running 5.0.14.

The 5.0.14 CI failed on Linux, and two unit tests failed when the package was built on Linux, as reported in #1436. Packagers who skipped those tests no longer need to.

Fixes:

• the socket unit tests bind to the loopback the machine has, lo on Linux, not lo0 as on macOS.

• a helper in test_gates_are_wired.py is no longer collected by pytest as a test, which removes the PytestReturnNotNoneWarning.

• the unit tests run on every Python version CI tests, 3.8 included.

• the zipapp checks pass on GitHub's Linux and macOS runners.

• a release container image is built from its tag push, and no longer takes the latest tag, which belongs to main.
