Stability fixes for page switching and QuickNav, UI scaling, longer undo history, and a large round of sync and memory improvements.

UI Scale: Added a UI scale setting; toolbar menus and the eraser submenu now scale consistently.
Undo/Redo History: Increased history from 5 to 20 steps; strokes within 150 ms are grouped into one step.
Memory Usage: Added app memory usage view (Settings → Debug).

Fast Change Detection: Uses folder ETags to skip per-notebook checks on supporting servers (can be disabled).
Server Capabilities: Shows supported WebDAV features (ETags, MOVE, clock offset) in sync settings.
Per-Page Sync State: Tracks and uploads pages individually via PUT + MOVE.
Conflict Resolution: Improved merge policy and ETag handling; fixed force download and notebook downloading.
Password Retention: A failed Keystore decrypt no longer wipes the stored WebDAV password.
Stroke Precision: Polyline encoder now rounds instead of truncating, so re-saved strokes no longer drift.

Memory Budgets: Split background and stroke memory budgets to prevent page churn; enabled large heap.
Page Cache by ID: PageDataManager now addresses data by page id instead of the page in front.
Load Failures: Editor survives a failed page load.
Onyx SDK: Updated to pen 1.5.8 / base 1.8.9 / device 1.3.6.

QuickNav Page Switch: Fixed missing strokes and "Cannot remove current page" errors when opening an unloaded page.
Drawing Over QuickNav: Pen no longer draws on the canvas while QuickNav is open.
QuickNav Scrubber: Fixed stale scrubber shown on pages that shouldn't have one.
Button Eraser Track: First button-erase with lasso eraser now shows the dotted outline.

Added CONTRIBUTING.md and PR template; dependency and CI updates (Kotlin 2.4.21, Compose 1.12.1, Gradle 9.8.2).
