New stuff:
- Fullscreen windows should now spawn on the correct display
- Note: Implementation is still not in the place I want it to be yet, but it should work
- Note: Detecting which monitor is the primary is still not possible, the monitor whose top left corner is closest (or equal to) 0,0 will be used as the primary monitor!
- Fix some video playback issues (thanks proton-cachyos)
- Import upstream proton updates
Note on FSR4: FSR4_UPGRADE=1
only works on games with FSR 3.1, since my builds implement the same driver side replacement mechanism that the AMD windows driver has.
