Librariespage to quickly filter content by library- This requires rebuilding the search index and search results may be empty or incomplete until the rebuild is complete

- Fix ingesting actors and actor artwork from newly-added Plex media items
- Only show
movieandshowlibraries from Plex. Other library types are not supported at this time. - Fix local movie scanner missing replaced/updated files
