- Upgraded GTK scrollbar logic to their Marble G3 in-dev counterpart, including native GTK controls
- Improve DWMless vsync
- Upgrade brightwork with the in-dev G3 logic
- Upgrade base to 140.17.0
- Restore security.csp.enable
- Fix bookmark and some of the gtk issues from #10
