If you do not update at block 20,000 you will upgrade to v4. The rest of the chain will be v3.
What is chaning?
- Fixed wallet creation height for wallets
- Removed block upgrades v4-v9.
Why?
Version 4 enables dynamic fee which is currently broken. Already have it fixed for next release with POW change in 1-2 months.
