Improvements

• Added Argon2id as an alternative KDF. Program will falls back to PBKDF2 if Argon2 is unavailable.

• Wired KDF options across all password-based flows, including AES text, AES binary, ECC placeholder, permanent view.

• Encryption inputs turns to read the live editor buffer instead of disk. Avoided encrypting stale content typed a few seconds earlier.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed page scroll jump in setting page when switching between PBKDF2 and Argon2id

• Fixed .md extention lose when using "Remove Permanent Encryption" for .peccirian.
