Bug Fixes
- Security patch not applied on reinstall — install wrote device ROM dates and skipped bulletin fetch when auto-update was previously disabled; now always fetches latest date with offline fallback
- VBMeta hash not refreshed on reinstall — hash file was skipped if it already existed; now compares against live bootloader property
