This is the first release of r3dfox for XP, based off of @e3kskoy7wqk's Firefox rework that now has compatibility down to Windows XP, and working sandbox on 32 bit XP and Vista. I've tested it on XP SP2 and beyond and it launches and works. However like previous builds I have not extensively stability tested. e3k's 128 builds were made with Clang 18, however I have not gotten a newer build process working, and I am curious how the Clang 9 output compares to Clang 18. So before 140, expect a Clang 18 build of 128.
Some major changes from previous r3dfox releases are that native controls are dropped. e3k dropped native controls from his fork, and his reasoning made sense, them being too hard to maintain. They barely work in 153 and it's just too much. Also since native controls have been dropped, the Security Sandbox Content Level setting has been removed as it has no more use here.
Also related to being broken, GDI, all support for attempts to get it working being Cairo or Skia GDI have been removed. This is because DWrite on XP has been accomplished with a patched DWriteCore (by @mjd7989) that works on XP. Modern Firefox GDI is awful and has been fully broken in the most recent r3dfox releases, so another thing dropped that will make it easier. Even if I wanted to though WebRender is too closely linked to DWrite for me to untangle it and get GDI only (no DWrite.dll) working. Also related to this, variation font support works with DWriteCore (thanks to @i486), so every supported operating system has variation font support. I don't think this is possible in GDI either. From my understanding the benefits Cairo (GDI) had over Skia (DWrite) was that Cairo snaps the fonts to the pixels directly which results in them being sharper with Cairo, while Skia spaces fonts more accurately but results in them being not so crisp. If someone can figure out a modification for Skia that introduces this alternative rendering mode, and can pass https://fontgammatest.replit.app/ (font smoothing enabled but cleartype disabled), I will add it to the browser and appreciate it very much.
Accessibility support is disabled at compile time again due to being incompatible with XP. Therefore the option to enable or disable accessibility in the browser has been removed.
Also I've dropped the e10s disable setting from options on account of it being very broken anyways. To have a browser with working single process, Cairo, and native controls, we would just be better off forking an older Firefox release and rebuilding from there. Mypal68 is a good example here.
Also I forgot to replace the installer binary with one that works on XP, so portable only version for now.

Release notes
r3dfox specific changes on top of the previous v128.14.1-4esr build:
Ported a few changes from later versions. Most notable being anubis bypasses and UA overrides. Also the audio sampling fix, and a few other branding changes. Nothing all too major as I've lost track of what all has changed since 128 to 140 to 153.
Please let me know what bugs or issues you encounter with it.
