1.0.4 (hotfix): Setup always updates the files of ours, and an addon card says when its file is old.
- Setup updates every file of ours, every time. 1.0.1 to 1.0.3 left a file of ours alone if it differed from what Setup had put there, so an addon DLL that was a test build (or an old file) stayed as it was while the manager moved on. Now the manager, the addons' DLLs, their
addon.json, icons and licences are always replaced, the old file saved inbackups. The one thing Setup leaves alone is a vendor runtime you replaced with your own (a newer NVIDIA DLSS, AMD FSR or Intel XeSS file in an addon'sdlss, fsr, xess, vfxorruntimesfolder), and it says which. To get our copy of that file back, delete it and run Setup again (an update or Reinstall). - An addon card says OLD BUILD when its DLL is older than the manager (a test build or an old file left in the folder), with the reason on its page, in its tooltip and in the log.
- Video Super Resolution's repeat check is stricter: a picture counts as the same only if at most about 18 pixels (at 1440p) differ, and VSR runs at least every 2 seconds whatever the compare says, so a small change (a clock digit, an indicator) is never kept out for long.
If you have an earlier version, this replaces it. Download LSAddonManager-1.0.4-x64.zip, unzip, run LSAddonManagerSetup.exe. If you had test builds of the addons in your folder, this brings them to 1.0.4. SHA-256 of the zip: 4df63d9db775c724b3c93feb70b76f9fc16cd1639d8885c51147cf4da7f3e61e
