A fix for Neural Rendering in HDR.
- No more neon orange and cyan with Neural Rendering in HDR (issue #3, and likely #1's "too bright"). Since 0.9.9 the curve that
takes an HDR frame into Neural Rendering's view and back rolls highlights off logarithmically (so the upscalers keep them); its
inverse is steep near the top, so where the model brightened a colour in one channel, that channel alone came back at over a thousand
nits: fluorescent orange or cyan in bright areas, reflections and highlights. The model's change now never lifts a channel above 1.35
times the SDR white, unless the game's own pixel was brighter there already (close to how 0.9.8 behaved). Windows Auto HDR, scRGB and
HDR10 alike. Tested: the HDR host tests (scRGB and HDR10). - Neural Rendering's temporal smoothing defaults to 0.4 (0.6 in 0.9.14 was too much; a saved value is kept).
- The save-recording key says when the recorder is off in the addon that answered, and where to switch it on: each addon has its
own recorder (it said "nothing recorded yet"). - Tools:
tools/setup_obs_for_tests.ps1sets OBS Studio up for recording what the addons show (the whole display, NVENC AV1 near
lossless, a replay buffer saved with the addons' own save key).
