The DLSS and FSR Upscalers in their own HDR mode.
- HDR games upscaled as HDR. 0.9.9 brought highlights back from about 170 nits to 885-950 of 1000; now they come out as the game made
them (in the test: 1000 nits in, 999 to 1001 out, with DLSS and with FSR, in scRGB and HDR10). The frame is handed to DLSS and FSR as
light, with their HDR mode switched on, instead of in a view squeezed into SDR's range; the motion estimate still works on that view.
The picture controls, sharpening and edge smoothing still decide in the SDR view, but only their change goes back into the light, so
whatever they leave alone stays exactly as it was. SDR games are unchanged.
