Echo Addon Manager 0.4.1
Tested against Lossless Scaling 3.2.2.0 (the official build) on Windows 11 with an RTX 4070 Ti SUPER. Other setups are untested. Unofficial and not affiliated with the Lossless Scaling developers: read DISCLAIMER.md first.
DLSS 5 Neural Rendering needs a file you provide yourself. It needs your own copy of
nvngx_dlssnr.dll. It is not included in this download, this project does not download it, and it does not say where to get it. Everything else works without it.
This release is about how the panels look; nothing else changed.
What changed since 0.4.0
- Every collapsible section of the Neural Rendering panel starts closed. Four (Model, Quality and performance, Picture, Compare and hotkeys) used to open by themselves. The panel now opens as a short page: Status, Requirements, Saved looks, the on/off switch, and a list of sections to open.
- A clearer open / close control. A boxed plus (white) when a section is closed and a green minus when it is open, instead of a small arrow. It lights up when you point at it. The Performance tab's All live values section has it too.
- Headings that cannot be closed are the same bright green as an open section. Only a closed section is dim, so bright means "open or always shown". This applies to the manager's own tabs too (Settings, Features, About).
Install
- Download
EchoAddonManager-0.4.1-x64.zipbelow and unzip it. - Close Lossless Scaling and open its folder.
- First time only: rename the original
Lossless.dlltoLossless_original.dll(keep it: the manager forwards to it). - Copy
Lossless.dll, the twoLP-iconfiles and theaddonsfolder from the zip into that folder. - Start Lossless Scaling once. The manager opens by itself.
Upgrading from 0.4.0: copy the new files over the old ones. Nothing to migrate. Start only one copy of Lossless Scaling at a time.
nr_selftest.exe is unsigned, like everything in this project. If your security software removes it, the Test compatibility button says the test program is missing and nothing else is affected.
Full details: the changelog. It started from FrankBarretta's LosslessProxy; see NOTICE.md.
