• developer settings page implemented
• current sync mode now visible in toolbar
• sync modes can be forced to be set within developer settings
• custom RESTURL can be defined within developer settings to allow own server
• modify and improve annoying Bluetooth connection error message (will now be triggered based on init process and sync mode)
• dialogs for password change and token reset improved (they are now validated and beautified)
• first implementation of standBy mode handling - will be triggered on dashboard backButton pressed event - please wait, until app exists after backbutton press. This will be improved later. StandBy mode will only be triggered curently on backButton, not when closed otherwise
