MAX_RETRIES update (v.1.2.3)

This updates implemented logic to detect if state of charge could not be parsed after at least one successful parse (e.g. communication failed or car is off and not charging). After max retries reached, Standby Mode will be automatically activated to prevent 12V drain (if Dongle supports a low power mode).
To reactivate the watch again - you currently have to restart or re-click on overview again.
The behavior will be adjustable in a future update.
Furthermore ownRisk message now shows only once.
