Changes
- Scope chat model selection to the owning profile across sidebar, new sessions, and session model settings.
- Remove fallback to default profile models when a profile has no providers or models.
- Highlight sessions whose profile has no available models and show a click-only warning tip.
- Refresh model metadata after profile/provider changes.
- Update changelog/version metadata for 0.5.32.
