EDDiscovery Release 10.0.2 - Enhancements to Trip/Route panel and fixes

This minor update improves the trip/route panel and fixes a few things in the release 10.0.1

Upgrades:

• SPanel now includes current material levels in info (PR1941)
• Show in trip panel cur/avg/max jump (PR1944)
• Enhance trip panel to allow right click configuration of fields(ProbRep 1942)
• Enhance route panel to allow more options, fix the jump calculation to due correct distance (ProbRep 1942)
• Journal/Travelgrid - now has a right click jump to entry option
• TravelGrid - now has a goto next start/stop flag from selected entry
• Ship module list now purged by loadout so if we miss a removal the modules list is corrected on the next loadout (PR1943)

Fixes:
Ensure the primary window has a travel grid, stop the program if it does not with instructions to report the problem and how to reset it.
EDSM - fix potential crash with EDSM data coming back to us
PR1943 Journal reader fixed issue with sequencing of items
PR1947 Fixed some random c# dotnet bugs which can cause a event handler to trigger before the window is up
