Release 6.1.3-beta3

This is a BETA for EDMC 6.1.3, now available on the Beta update track!

Betas 1 and 2 did not compile properly and are not being provided.

NOTE: only an UNSIGNED release is available for this beta.

This release includes a series of bugfixes, as well as full support for the Kestrel Mk II and Lynx Highliner.

• Added additional minor type hint improvements.
• Added new translation candidates to Frontier CAPI dialog boxes.
• Added support to the Coriolis Accounts API.
• Updated a series of dependencies and scripts.
• Updated the inara.cz API link.
• Fixed a bug that could cause "None" values in the config to crash on Linux.
• Fixed a bug that could cause relative or '~' links in the config to crash on Linux.
• Fixed a bug where UI-Rescaled instances of EDMC would not display the Plugin Browser properly.
• Fixed a bug where EDAstro wouldn't respect "Do-Not-Send" choices in the config.
