Release to update dependencies and add the ability to customize the tray icon appearance.

Added new functionality to change the appearance of the tray icon as per feature request #14. There is now a new Appearance menu item which contains a sub-menu to select the tray icon style. The tray icon is available in white (default), black and the original blue. The idea is to give users the ability to theme the application more in-line with their desktop environment. If there are other colors of interest, please submit an issue to suggest one or if you are able to supply an icon ready-made (use the white IconWin.png and IconWin@2x.png as reference, export as PNG RGBA 8bpc) that's even better.

While you can change icon on MacOS too, the original is still the most appropriate due to the nature of the menu bar - I have therefore decided not to spend time creating correctly sized alt icons for Mac. Note: MacOS users (if there are any) may need to re-check the entry for the white (Mac-specific) icon post-install due to the new config file setting.

Improvements

The application icon now defaults to white on Windows and Linux (but can be changed back if you prefer). The white looks a bit more modern so I opted to make that stock out of the box.

Bug Fixes

No notable bugs have been raised. Some minor code cleanup.

App and new functionality have been tested on Windows x64, Mac x64 and Ubuntu x64.
