What's Changed

• Add install instructions for other OSs
• Skip filesystem shrinking without error if it's already right-sized by @joelbu in #231
• Add zeroing of any free space on image to get better compression
• Attempt autoexpand even if /etc/rc.local is missing
• Remove md5 check of rc.local and replace with a grep for a unique to us string
• Swap to a date based versioning
