Fixes Piper conversion of SML files that switch to WAV voices with [voice:/path/to/file] tags. Piper now creates its voice-conversion work directory when a voice tag first activates conversion, and it recalculates that mode when tags switch or close.
End-to-end validation: ./ebook2audiobook.command --tts_engine piper --ebook /Users/drew/Downloads/test.e2a.sml.txt --headless converted the reported 63-sentence test book and produced a 9.3 MB M4B after the matching E2A-SML v26.10.1.1 export fix.
